Return Policy 

We at Musical Works keep on supplying the products ordered in nice and working condition. The customers are required to verify the order as per their requirements during the time of placing the order. It is because we don’t accept any kind of return from the customers other than the manufacturing defects. However, there is a very rare chance that a product has any manufacturing defect or got damaged during transit. But we still request the customer to inform us via mail at musicalworksgoutam@gmail.com or call us on 9088145949

Moreover, you are required to read the details for a seamless hassle-free experience. Musical Works will do its best to replace the stuff and provide any kind of claim for the damaged or in transit goods. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund the order. We have the return policy of 12 days which means that products needs to be returned to us in 12 days positively. Afterward, no product returns will be entertained.

Non-refundable items:

The items purchased from Musical Works are non-refundable. There is only one exception the product received by the customer is either damaged or in defective condition. But this information along with proof needs to be mailed to us within the stipulated time. 

It is moreover requested to the customers that do not accept any kind of damaged or tampered product. In this case, the customers are required to return the product to the courier delivery person immediately. The customers are requested to inform us of any wrongly delivered products, or products that got damaged in transit. Claims beyond 48 hours will not be entertained by us. 

The products on sale once sold do not fall into return or replacement. 

Grievance Redressal 

It is requested to send an email to musicalworksgoutam@gmail.com with a description of the issue faced with the product picture. You can also give us a call to us at 9088145949 and we will investigate the issue and return to you with a solution. You are also requested to send back the product after receiving the return authorization from us. Items sent without authorization are not subject to be accepted/ processed/ refundable. 

When will the customers receive the refund?

Refund will be reflected in the customer’s bank account within 15 working days as per the gateway policy chosen by the customer. It is because the refund will also happen through the same mode of payment that the customer chooses to pay to us. Our team will help the customer at their best, however, does not hold any kind of responsibility for any kind of delays from the bank side or payment gateway. 

The refund will only get processed once the product is received by us in the intact condition they have received. There will be a proper examination of the product by our sales team.
